Grant requests may be received throughout the year. The board will make grant request decisions three times a year – March 15, July
15, November 15.

March
Grant requests received in October, November, December and January will be decided on in March.
July
Grant requests received in February, March, April and May will be decided on in July.
November
Grant requests received in October, November, December and January will be decided on in March.
