Preventing violence starts with education and resources

Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention

We are committed to reducing domestic violence in Utah by funding prevention, awareness, and training. Our RLC Family Foundation grants provide much-needed financial support to organizations working to end adult and child domestic violence.
Together, we can make a difference in the lives of survivors and protect potential victims. If your 501(c)(3c) organization offers domestic violence awareness and prevention services, let’s connect.

Domestic Violence Awareness & Finding the Right Support

At RLC Family Foundation, we are committed to supporting organizations that help survivors of domestic violence on their path to healing. However, we do not provide direct services to victims. Instead, we fund and partner with organizations specializing in crisis intervention, shelter, legal aid, and counseling.

What is the first step in preventing domestic violence?

Awareness.

By teaching Utah residents about the details and prevalence of domestic violence, we can lower the number of cases and better support victims. At RLC Family Foundation, we are committed to backing domestic violence prevention programs and strategies throughout the state.

What We Fund

Domestic violence prevention training and education play critical roles in identifying and ending abuse. Our foundation supports many charities that develop and share resources for at-risk individuals, as well as counselors and therapists.

2

Domestic Violence Prevention Programs for Youth

Prevention starts with the youngest members of our society. RLC Family Foundation is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents who have been or are likely to be impacted by domestic violence.
3

Relapse Prevention Plans

If your organization is creating domestic violence relapse prevention plans, we’re here to support them. Together, we can minimize the number of repeated abuse cases and protect those who are the most at risk for violence.
4

Programs for Violence Survivors

Unfortunately, no program or organization can get ahead of every domestic violence case. That’s why RLC Family Foundation funds services for victims and survivors, not just preventative strategies.
